Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented HVAC Install Manager to lead our installation teams in executing complex heating, ventilation, and air conditioning projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee project planning, coordinate installation activities, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will bring construction management expertise, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering top-tier service on every project.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage HVAC installation teams across multiple projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion of work.
- Develop detailed project schedules using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project to coordinate resources and timelines.
- Review construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation procedures.
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, utilizing tools like ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, Civil 3D, and Construction estimating software to manage budgets effectively.
- Ensure all work complies with local construction regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and daily reports; utilize Construction site experience for on-the-ground oversight.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution from start to finish.
Experience
- Proven experience managing HVAC installation projects within commercial or infrastructure construction environments.
- Strong background in construction scheduling, project management software (such as Primavera P6), and construction regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while managing project budgets and schedules.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, construction plans, and managing complex infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of construction regulations related to HVAC systems and general building codes.
- Prior experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management skills.
- Construction site experience combined with a solid understanding of contracts and cost management principles.
