About the Role
As an Automotive Collision Center Manager, you will oversee daily operations, drive production efficiency, and ensure high-quality repair standards. You will lead a skilled team to deliver exceptional service while optimizing financial performance and maintaining strict adherence to industry best practices.
Responsibilities-
Lead daily production meetings to align the team on repair goals, workflow requirements, and project timelines.

Manage the full repair lifecycle, ensuring accurate parts billing, comprehensive disassembly documentation, and efficient resource utilization to maximize shop profitability.

Oversee customer financial interactions, including verifying deductible responsibilities and securing initial payments prior to initiating vehicle repairs.

Facilitate regular team meetings to establish performance goals, resolve operational bottlenecks, and foster a collaborative environment.

Maintain rigorous quality control standards by utilizing CCC checklists and ensuring all repairs meet safety and warranty requirements.

Advocate for safe and ethical repair procedures when navigating insurance DRP and fleet guidelines.

Conduct professional vehicle hand-overs, providing customers with detailed repair reviews and warranty information.
Qualifications-
Proven experience in collision center management or automotive shop leadership.

Ability to interpret and apply insurance DRP and fleet compliance guidelines.
