Our established healthcare facility is in search of an experienced and compassionate. Resident Care Staff (RCS) who understands the importance of meeting the needs of clients while helping them maintain a high quality of life. We are looking for a committed individual who has impeccable communication skills and is able to problem solve on the spot. Our RCS have a reputation for being cheerful and receptive as they administer care to our clients, and we are seeking someone who would be a great fit with our team.
This position will be at Koinonia Residential Treatment Center and serving clients with Substance Abuse addiction. This is a great start to becoming a Substance Abuse Counselor.
3. * Roles and Responsibilities*
Maintain safety of Koinonia
Respond to clients needs
Support clinical staff
Assist clients during admission and discharge
Complete initial paperwork process
Supportive counseling to clients, and attend staffing

5. Compensation
Hourly pay depends on experience.
Employer will provide all PAID training. Flexible scheduling with bonuses and raises depending on performance. Generous benefit package with Nine paid holidays.
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
