NOW HIRING: Residential Pool Construction Project Manager
Full-Time | Pool Construction Experience Required | Immediate Interviews
A growing residential construction company is seeking an experienced Project Manager with previous pool construction experience to oversee residential pool projects from contract execution through final completion.
This is a hands-on project ownership role for someone who understands the residential pool construction process, including permitting, scheduling, inspections, subcontractor coordination, and client communication. Previous pool construction/project management experience is required — candidates without direct pool industry experience will not be considered.
We're looking for a highly organized, proactive professional who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while keeping homeowners informed, projects on schedule, and budgets on track.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift

What You'll Do
- Manage residential pool construction projects from contract signing through completion
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the construction process
- Coordinate pool permits, inspections, schedules, and project documentation
- Work closely with construction managers, field supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors
- Coordinate trade sequencing to keep projects moving efficiently
- Track project milestones and identify potential delays early
- Monitor job budgets, scope changes, and potential cost overruns
- Ensure change orders are properly documented and approved
- Coordinate payment milestones with accounting and leadership
- Maintain detailed project records, photos, daily logs, and client communications
- Use digital project management software to keep projects organized and updated
- Address homeowner concerns and project issues with professionalism and urgency
- Help improve internal processes, systems, and project management procedures
- Provide guidance and support to junior Project Managers when needed
What We're Looking For — Pool Experience Required
- 3–5+ years of residential pool construction/project management experience
- Direct experience managing residential pool projects is required
- Strong understanding of pool construction phases, scheduling, and trade coordination
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple projects at the same time
- Working knowledge of residential permitting and inspection processes
- Understanding of project budgets, job costing, and change orders
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable using digital project management and construction software
- Ability to identify problems, make decisions, and keep projects moving
- Professional, confident, and solutions-oriented under pressure
