Breakfast Host/Hostess (Monday-Friday)
Are you an early riser who enjoys creating a welcoming experience for guests? The Hampton Inn in Laramie is seeking a dependable and friendly Breakfast Host/Hostess to join our team. This position is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and presenting our complimentary breakfast while providing outstanding guest service.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 5:00 AM to approximately 11:30 AM
- Approximately 30-33 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet each morning
- Ensure food is fresh, stocked, and presented according to brand standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area
- Greet guests with a friendly, positive attitude
- Monitor food levels and replenish items as needed
- Wash dishes and clean kitchen and serving areas
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with light inventory and restocking
- Work closely with hotel staff to ensure an exceptional guest experience
Qualifications
- Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Previous food service, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Must be able to work early morning hours
