Position Summary
A Concierge at Ledson Winery is a professional whose primary role is to provide exceptional hospitality. They greet guests and assist, coordinate, sell and facilitate experiences, with the goal of providing personalized, high-quality service and convenience. Qualified candidates will be customer service orientated, sales driven, proficient on the phones, and capable of providing superior hospitality. With our primary focus being hospitality, our concierge engage with winery guests, hotel concierges, and transportation partners by phone, email, and in person to gather detailed information, suggest tasting experiences and enhancements, and book appointments for the winery, hotel, Zina Lounge, and the Ledson guest house and cottages.
Concierge team members collaborate closely with our external hospitality team to ensure effective communication and the smooth execution of scheduled tastings, referrals, events, and accommodations for all guests. They also help monitor the timely setup, turnover, organization, and cleanliness of each tasting suite and public area. Concierge also assist with weekly menu updates and print collaterals as needed for all Ledson brands as well as executing special events as needed. Setting an example for customer service, our Concierge support management, lead by example, display a professional demeanor/appearance, and provide feedback on guest experiences for improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
· Strong English language skills and a desire to speak with guests and business partners throughout the day while providing exceptional customer service
· Proficiency in using computer software systems, including the Microsoft Office Suite – previous experience with Tock and AMS a plus but not required
· Capable of providing exceptional customer service in all interactions with guests
· Must be able to work full-time hours including weekends, minor holidays, and occasional evenings
· Ability to pass background and drug screening

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
