Our Business Analysts provide an in-depth assessment of a business’s strengths and weaknesses in the areas of: Sales, Operations, Finance, Organization, and Ownership/Executive Leadership. Analysts must have the strength to guide this process from accurately identifying issues to customizing effective business strategies. This position requires: a take-charge personality; strong knowledge of business and finance; ability to read people and situations; effective interpersonal skills; and the ability to motivate solution-focused change within each business.
This position requires an MBA and at least twenty years of experience in senior management or business ownership. (A BA/BS in business, accounting, or related field may be considered if applicants have exceptional experience and skill level).
