We are currently looking for a professional, motivated Chief Financial Officer to join our leadership team.
This position reports directly to the Company President and is a key member of the leadership team. Direct reports currently include the director of financial operations, accounting manager, and compliance manager.
Job Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities include oversight of the following functions:
- Monthly close and financial reporting
- Annual budget process with executive management team
- Financial forecasts and 5-year strategic plan
- Treasury and risk management including banking relationship
- Financial operations, including credit, accounts payables, payroll and benefits
- Annual financial statement, 401(k) Plan and bank audits
- 401(k) Investment committee
- Capital management process and capital committee
- Corporate tax function including federal, state and sales and use tax
- Corporate tax strategy for the organization along with opportunities for credits and incentives
- Regulatory compliance
- Cost management
- Commercial contract negotiation and reviews
Qualifications:
The following are the experience qualifications required for this position:
- Minimum of 10-15 years of public accounting and financial leadership roles.
- Previous CFO experience a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting or Finance.
