Join the Soccer Factory team as a Retail Sales Associate, where your passion for soccer and commitment to exceptional customer service will help create an outstanding shopping experience. In this role, you'll assist players, coaches, teams, and families in finding the right footwear, apparel, equipment, and accessories. We're looking for energetic, reliable individuals who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoy sharing their knowledge of the game.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service.
- Assist customers in selecting soccer footwear, apparel, equipment, and accessories based on their needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
- Process customer purchases accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions.
- Restock merchandise, organize inventory, and assist with receiving shipments.
- Create attractive merchandise displays and ensure products are properly presented.
- Answer customer questions in person and over the phone.
- Assist customers with online orders, in-store pickup, and product availability when applicable.
- Stay informed about new products, brands, and soccer equipment to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Support store operations and contribute to achieving sales goals.
Qualifications
- Passion for soccer and familiarity with soccer equipment, footwear, and apparel.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Comfortable operating POS systems and handling cash transactions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
