JOB SUMMARY: The Corporate Facilities Specialist supports multi‑region facility operations by performing routine maintenance, coordinating vendors, assisting with physical security systems, and helping maintain safe, reliable building environments. This role is ideal for individuals with strong leadership qualities, creative problem‑solving skills, and the ability to learn new systems quickly. The Specialist works with moderate independence and contributes to a positive, team‑focused department culture.
Facility Maintenance & Support:
Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative care on building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general facility upkeep.
Conduct daily facility checks, document issues, and escalate advanced repairs to management.
Coordinate and follow-up with technicians and contractors during complex repairs or structural projects.
Vendor & Contractor Coordination:
Oversee contractor and vendor visits while upholding bank standards, successfully delivering all assigned maintenance and project work on schedule.
Communicate clearly with external service providers and maintain accurate records of completed work.
Security & Surveillance Support:
Advanced Security Infrastructure Management: Manages and troubleshoots access control and alarm systems utilizing vendor specific software.
Manage the installation, deployment, and administration of complex network video surveillance systems, utilizing manufacturer-specific software and web-based platforms for camera configuration, system monitoring, diagnostics, and operational verification.
Assist with field deployment and maintenance of video surveillance equipment, including camera installation, network connectivity, hardware replacement, system testing, and basic troubleshooting.
Support ongoing upgrades to modern security hardware and recording systems.
Procedure, Policy & Compliance Writing:
Write, update, and maintain internal procedures and policies related to facilities operations, safety, and physical security.
Interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into practical, easy‑to‑follow internal guidance.
Assist management in keeping documentation aligned with industry standards, bank expectations, and compliance obligations.
Contribute to the development of clear, structured SOPs that support consistency across all bank properties.
Emergency & Safety Response:
Respond to daytime facility emergencies such as leaks, clogs, minor system failures, or custodial hazards, and support emergency facility response efforts as circumstances require.
Follow strict safety protocols and uphold bank security standards across all assigned properties.
Adaptive & Creative Problem Solving:
Identify practical, resource‑efficient solutions when standard procedures do not fully address the situation.
Recommend improvements to workflows, maintenance processes, or system operations based on field observations.
Leadership — Ability to guide others, support team goals, and uphold organizational standards.
Creative Problem Solving — Ability to assess situations quickly and develop practical, innovative solutions.
Vendor Coordination — Comfortable interacting with contractors and ensuring quality work.
Technical Adaptability — Able to learn unfamiliar systems, tools, and equipment quickly.
Policy & Procedure Writing — Ability to write clear, structured procedures and interpret regulatory requirements.
Report Writing — Clear, concise communication through structured email and documentation.
Spreadsheet Use — Basic proficiency in Excel or similar tools for tracking and reporting.
Organizational Commitment — Genuine care for the mission, people, and long‑term success of the bank.
High school diploma or GED.
Successful completion of background check and drug screening.
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds depending on assignment.
Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, bend, and work indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions.
Split between office environments, maintenance shops, rental properties, and outdoor assignments.
Regular travel to bank facilities within assigned regions.
Standard business hours with occasional flexibility for urgent facility needs.
