Caregiver / Care Professional
Missoula, MT
$18–$20 per hour (DOE)
Your Role
As a Care Professional, you will provide compassionate support that helps seniors remain safe and independent in their homes. You will be part of a dedicated team focused on improving the quality of life for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Transportation to appointments, errands, and activities
- Assist with personal care including:
- Toileting
- Showering
- Dressing
- Provide support for clients with Alzheimer’s and dementia care
- Support clients receiving hospice or end-of-life care
Shifts Available
- Daytime shifts: 7 AM – 9 PM
- Overnight shifts: 9 PM – 7 AM (sleeping shifts available)
- Weekend availability required – at least 1 shift per weekend
Differential pay available for overnight shifts
Qualifications
- Ability to treat seniors with dignity, respect, and compassion
- Experience with personal care services, bed-bound care, dementia care, or end-of-life care required
- Minimum 1 year of home health or caregiving experience required
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Ability to pass background and DMV checks
- Reliable transportation
