The Behavioral Aide (BA) Support Provider works directly with children and families to provide supervised visits, in-home support, transportation, and skills coaching. This role combines behavioral support services with safe and reliable transportation to strengthen family stability, ensure safety, and support reunification efforts.

Provide Supervised Visitation services to ensure safe and positive family interactions

Conduct Home Visits and monitor family progress

Assist with Basic Behavior Modification strategies for children and families

Provide coaching on Basic Parenting Skills

Safely transport children and/or parents to and from visits, appointments, and required activities
-
Ensure proper use of child safety seats and secure travel practices

Make contact with families to coordinate scheduled visits and pick ups

Attend court hearings and provide Court Testimony as needed

Document detailed observations of families and children during services provided

Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and travel logs

Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and respect at all times Minimum Requirements

HS Diploma/GED and 5 years of Human Services experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services (no experience required)

Must be passionate about working with families and children with care and kindness

Must demonstrate professionalism in the field at all times

Must be techsavvy (capable of using digital systems for documentation, reporting, and scheduling)

Must have a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed

Proof of Active Automobile Insurance

Ability to pass a Background Check and CPS (Child Protective Services) security screenings

Completion of all statemandated trainings

CPR / First Aid Certification REQUIRED

Compensation is based on resume, years of experience in the field, and credentials
