Cardiology Practice is currently seeking a Check-In Receptionist
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities:
- The Check-In Receptionist is responsible for welcoming patients, visitors, representatives and other customers by greeting and directing them in a friendly, prompt and helpful manner.
- The Check-In Receptionist will ensure the completion of paperwork, sign-in and security procedures, and scheduling of patients. During the check-in process the accounts are registered with the patient’s demographics, insurance is verified and copay and deductibles are collected.
Qualifications and Skills
- High School diploma or GED / equivalent required
- Minimum two years of medical office experience preferred
- Bilingual (English / Spanish)
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
