The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a highly organized and motivated Dispatcher to help ensure our technicians are scheduled efficiently and customers receive timely, high-quality service. You’ll be the central point of communication between our office and field teams, playing a key role in customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do:

Schedule and dispatch technicians for residential service calls and installations

Prioritize jobs based on urgency, technician availability, and geographic location

Communicate clearly with customers regarding appointment confirmations, updates, and expectations

Coordinate emergency responses and resource allocation

Track technician progress and adjust scheduling in real-time as needed

Maintain detailed records of service calls and field activities
What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience in dispatching, scheduling, or a related administrative role

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with dispatching software; ServiceTitan experience is a big plus

Detail-oriented and adept at managing logistics and timelines
