Lawn & Landscape Crew Leader
Mow & Go Home Services is hiring an experienced Crew Leader to help run lawn maintenance, landscaping, pressure washing, and exterior service jobs throughout the Charleston area.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who can operate equipment confidently, follow job instructions, maintain quality standards, and complete work without constant supervision.
Responsibilities
- Lead and complete lawn maintenance and landscaping jobs
- Operate commercial mowing and landscaping equipment
- Follow job instructions and company standards
- Communicate job progress, issues, and material needs
- Keep the truck, trailer, equipment, and job sites clean
- Interact professionally with customers
Requirements
- Previous lawn care or landscaping experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Dependable attendance and strong communication
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor
- Ability to take ownership and solve problems in the field
Previous crew leader experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
Pay and Hiring Process
- $18–$24 per hour based on experience and performance
- Paid 7-day working interview
- Full-time W-2 position available after a successful trial period

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
