As a Recruiting Coordinator at Impulse, you will deliver a seamless and exceptional candidate experience by assisting our recruiters and hiring managers in identifying top talent. You will manage interview logistics, support onboarding, maintain accurate data, and handle various recruiting-related administrative tasks.

Schedule phone, virtual, and onsite interviews across multiple time zones and departments
- Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and executive assistants to ensure efficient and timely scheduling
- Communicate interview details to candidates and interviewers
- Book rooms, manage candidate travel (as needed), and greet onsite candidates as needed
- Assist in preparing offer letters and new hire paperwork
- Ensure smooth & accurate handoffs from recruiting to onboarding
- Track completion of onboarding documents and background checks
- Maintain and update candidate records in Pinpoint, Impulse's applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Ensure data integrity and support accurate recruiting reporting/metrics

High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 1+ years of demonstrated in a recruiting coordinator, HR assistant, or administrative role
- Demonstrated attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Comfortable juggling competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office

Bachelors degree from an accredited university
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience using an ATS (e.g., Pinpoint, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, iCIMS, etc.)
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience with high-volume recruiting coordination experience in a tech, aerospace, or high-growth startup environment
- Familiarity with onboarding workflows or HRIS tools

Compensation bands are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual level and base pay is determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related skills, education, experience, technical capabilities and internal equity. In addition to base salary, for full-time hires, you may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of stock options, and access to medical, vision & dental coverage as well as access to a 401(k) retirement plan.
