Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- The Warehouse Supervisor will lead a team of 3 forklift operators and will coordinate and monitor:
Loading and unloading of mostly palletized freight accurately timely and safely
Printing and affixing the pallet labels
Scanning freight in and out of the warehouse
Loading consolidations efficiently and safely and securing the freight to avoid damages
Trailer ingates (intermodal trailers), with the night driver
Maintain the loading records
Safety procedures and PPE across the warehouse
Time records (timesheets) for the team
Overtime/ Overtime approvals
Reporting (activity and non-conformance events)
Schedule
Thursday- Sunday - start at 12 PM - 10PM
Pay
Yearly salary (based on experience and skills)
The pay increases every year based on meeting the performance goals
Consolidation Bonus/Commission available after 90 days

Responsibilities and Duties
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for providing support to the Terminal Manager with the day to day operations of the terminal. This is a hands-on position that services the needs of the customer while ensuring the safety of the terminal, and maintaining high productivity. This position interacts with various departments, including OS & D, Operations, Fleet and Accounting and requires constant daily communication with drivers. This is an swing shift (12:00PM-- 10:00PM ), Thursday - Sunday and may require working up to 10 hours a day in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications and Skills
Requirements : Knowledge of DOT regulations3 to 5 years of warehouse supervisory experience 3 to 10 years experience with Sit Down Forklift.
