Alston Cleaning is seeking an experienced Window Cleaner to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who already has a strong foundation in professional window cleaning and takes pride in high-quality, efficient work.
This position is primarily focused on window cleaning. However, for team members who are interested, we offer optional cross-training across our other cleaning services to provide additional hours, variety, and long-term growth opportunities.
Primary Responsibilities
- Residential and commercial window cleaning
- Interior and exterior glass cleaning
- Screen cleaning, track detailing, and basic frame work
- Proper use and care of professional window cleaning tools and equipment
- Working safely on ladders and at heights when required
- Maintaining a professional appearance and job site
- Communicating professionally with clients on site
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year professional window cleaning experience (required)
- Comfortable with standard window cleaning techniques and equipment
- Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality
- Strong understanding of job site safety
Cross-Training Opportunities
