Current Schedule: Saturdays, 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., with flexibility and availability to pick up additional day or night shifts as needed.
RAISE'S: 50 cent raise 45 days after hire and revaluation every 6 months
Duties
- Assist with patient mobility, positioning, and hygiene to promote comfort and prevent complications
- Perform vital signs monitoring, including pulse oximetry, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration rates
- Collect specimens such as blood, urine, or other samples following aseptic techniques and safety protocols
- Document patient information accurately using clinical information systems and maintain detailed records of care provided
- Respond promptly to emergency situations by performing CPR and supporting acute care interventions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospital or healthcare settings with exposure to emergency room or acute care environments
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) with the ability to perform emergency procedures confidently
- Familiarity with medical equipment operation such as pulse oximeters, and other vital signs monitoring devices
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks throughout shifts
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams and provide compassionate patient care
