Menasha, WI | $20.00/hr + shift premium ($2 for 2nd $2.50 for 3rd) | Full-Time
About the Role
Join a growing distribution team where you'll play an important role in keeping products moving accurately and safely throughout the warehouse. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Whether you're experienced with forklifts and warehouse equipment or looking to learn, you'll receive a paid two-week training program along with ongoing mentorship to help you succeed long term.
Key Responsibilities
· Pick and verify orders for shipment accuracy
· Build pallets and prepare outbound shipments
· Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely
· Receive, store, and ship products
· Maintain inventory accuracy using RF scanning equipment
· Work independently and with team members to meet production goals
· Follow all warehouse safety policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
· Positive attitude and strong work ethic
· Dependable with a focus on safety and efficiency
· Ability to lift 50–60 pounds safely
· Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
· Willingness to learn and complete paid training
Preferred Qualifications
· Previous forklift experience
· Previous material handling equipment experience
· Experience with order fulfillment, shipping, or receiving
· Experience using RF scanning equipment
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
