NRG Sales Representative (Entry Level)

We're a growing sales and marketing firm representing NRG, and we're looking for motivated, outgoing people to join our team as Sales Representatives.
If you enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and working toward goals, this could be a great opportunity to start or grow your career. No previous sales experience? No problem. We provide paid training and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed.
This is a face-to-face sales role where you'll represent NRG products and services, educate customers, and help them find solutions that fit their needs. Our representatives may work in different customer-facing environments depending on business needs and market demand.
What You'll Do
- Represent NRG products and services professionally
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Educate customers on available products, services, and promotions
- Answer questions and provide excellent customer service
- Meet individual and team performance goals
- Learn sales strategies through hands-on training and coaching
- Maintain product knowledge and stay informed on current offers
- Work closely with team members and leadership in a collaborative environment

- Reliable and professional
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant, fitness, or other face-to-face experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
