Responsibilities
- Meet directly with customers to discuss AT&T products, services, and promotions

- Assist customers in selecting services that align with their needs
- Manage customer accounts and provide ongoing support throughout the enrollment process
- Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships
- Track account activity, customer interactions, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with team members to achieve company and client objectives
- Participate in daily training sessions and leadership development workshops
- Support business growth initiatives and expansion efforts
Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional, positive, and coachable attitude
- Interest in leadership, business development, or management
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a desire to achieve personal and professional goals
- Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, sports, or leadership experience is a plus but not required
- Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States
