What You’ll Do
- Perform residential re-piping and plumbing installations with precision and efficiency
- Collaborate with the operations and installation team to ensure projects meet company standards
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and offering professional solutions
- Review and follow daily job schedules, completing assigned tasks on time
- Maintain proper inventory for each project to ensure smooth workflow
- Accurately document all work performed, including materials used and job notes
- Mentor apprentices and assistants, sharing knowledge and best practices
- Keep tools and equipment in proper working condition
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and positive attitude at all times
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years of residential plumbing or repiping experience (required)
- Strong understanding of repipe systems, installation techniques, and plumbing codes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Physical ability to meet the demands of plumbing installation work
