POSITION OVERVIEW
- Lead a 32-bed Intensive Care Unit within a 199-bed acute care hospital
- Direct ICU operations, staffing, budgeting, and quality improvement initiatives
- Partner with physicians and executive leadership to improve patient outcomes
- Support expansion of the hospital's cardiac service line
- Foster evidence-based practice and professional staff development
- Drive clinical excellence through performance metrics and operational leadership

SCHEDULE
- Full-Time Leadership Position
- Onsite Hospital Leadership Role
- Relocation Required Within 30-45 Days
ROLE
- Oversee daily ICU clinical and operational performance
- Lead hiring, coaching, evaluations, and staff development
- Monitor ICU quality metrics and patient outcomes
- Manage departmental budgets and financial performance
- Ensure regulatory, legal, and ethical compliance
- Develop strategic initiatives to improve patient care and department performance
- Collaborate with executive leadership and interdisciplinary teams

Requirements:
- Active New Mexico RN License Or Compact RN License REQUIRED
- Associate Degree In Nursing REQUIRED
- Previous Nursing Leadership Experience REQUIRED
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Experience REQUIRED
- Ability To Relocate Within 30-45 Days REQUIRED
- Strong Leadership, Budgeting, And Staff Development Skills REQUIRED
