Job Overview
As an RV Sales Consultant, you'll be the architect of unforgettable adventures for our customers. Your role is to match them with the perfect RV that fits their needs and desires. But it's more than just a sale; it's about building relationships and facilitating experiences that last a lifetime.
Responsibilities:
- Help customers find their perfect RV: Understand their needs and guide them through our extensive inventory to find the ideal match.
- Provide accurate information: Be knowledgeable about our products and services so you can answer questions confidently.
- Learn about the products you sell: Continuously educate yourself on the features and benefits of our RVs to better assist customers.
- Understand our follow-up process: Ensure that customers receive excellent service even after the sale is complete.
- Manage the sale process from start to finish: Facilitate a smooth transaction, from initial inquiry to final purchase.
- Work closely with the finance department: Coordinate financing options for customers and assist with paperwork as needed.
Successful salespeople at Beckley’s RV come from various backgrounds, from auto sales to restaurant management. What matters most is your willingness to learn and your positive attitude.

Sales Consultants have the potential to earn over $100,000 per year, once established. Even with limited experience, you can expect to earn between $50,000 to $70,000 in your first year, with paid training provided to help you succeed. Saturday hours are required. We are closed on Sundays and Sales Consultants have a scheduled weekday off.
