Compensation
- Uncapped commission structure
- $125,000-$250,000+ annual earning potential

What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners for roof inspections and consultations.
- Guide customers through the insurance restoration or retail roofing process.
- Turn company-provided opportunities into signed projects.
- Build long-term relationships that generate referrals and repeat business.
- Maintain customer communication through our CRM.
- Work alongside our production team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Who We're Looking For

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of residential roofing sales or project management experience
- Proven track record of closing roofing projects
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Professional appearance
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
