Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Data Analyst to support reporting, data validation, and analytics projects. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals with skills in SQL, Excel, and data visualization.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and maintain SQL queries for reporting and data analysis
- Use Excel for data cleaning, validation, and reporting (pivot tables, formulas)
- Assist in building dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
- Support recurring and ad-hoc reporting requests
- Identify trends, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities
- Document reporting processes, metrics, and workflows
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Data Analytics, Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field)
- Foundational knowledge of SQL
- Strong Excel skills
- Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools
- Understanding of basic data concepts (KPIs, reporting, data quality)
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
- Must be eligible to pass a security clearance
