OBJECTIVE
Serves the Financial Systems Manager to maintain exceptional and accurate financial and donor management systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintains positive vendor relationships. Researches and follows up with payment inquiries from outside vendors and returned checks.

Sets up and maintains all vendor records in both Concur and all QB companies.

Updates address each week (Concur and all QB companies)

Ensures W9 information is attained, recorded and stored as appropriate.

Assists in year-end 1099 accuracy check and filing
- Performs Chart of Account changes and Class changes within Concur and QB

Aids in Credit Card processing. Prepares and executes import of CC info from Concur into QB

Helps maintain Concur system configuration to ensure efficiencies.

Assists in annual audit preparations

Can provide backing in generating and delivering budget reports to managers.
- Willing to assist Donor Specialist with merging donor records, reports, and data integrity within Connect
-
Processes refunds when necessary through our payment processor Stripe.

Manages all ACH set ups from Vendors.

Completes all manual bill entries including weekly band payments

Assists HR Coordinator in Paycom setting up and submitting payroll
- Assists with accounting needs during events throughout the year. (Conference Team Events, Grove, Holidays)

Is available to help with recording deposits of all checks and online transactions including registration fees and donations within programs such as Stripe and Ticketspice.

Assists team on various other projects as needed.
