Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative (ISR) – Revenue Recovery Specialist | A1 Plus Electrical, Plumbing & Air
A1 Plus Electrical, Plumbing & Air is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to help homeowners move forward with Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Generator solutions after their in-home service visit. This is not cold calling—you'll work exclusively with warm leads, following up on technician recommendations, answering questions, educating customers on financing and membership options, and scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate is energetic, goal-driven, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote services and products
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Provide detailed information about electrical, heating, and cooling services, ensuring customer needs are fully understood
- Maintain accurate customer records through data entry in CRM systems using Microsoft Office and other computer tools
- Assist customers with scheduling appointments and follow-up communications to ensure satisfaction
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and active listening skills during all interactions
- Support team efforts by organizing client information and analyzing customer feedback for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in English plus Spanish is a plus
- Previous experience in sales, customer support, or call center roles preferred but not required; training provided
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and record keeping
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills
- Ability to handle outbound calling efficiently while maintaining positive customer interactions
- Demonstrated understanding of customer service principles and call center etiquette
- Previous sales experience
- Technical proficiency or interest in electrical or HVAC services is beneficial but not mandatory

Pay: $45,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
