Skill: BRE Developer with IBM-ODM exp
- 5 to 8 Years of Development experience in IBM Operational Decision Manager tool (ODM).
- Must have a strong understanding of business processes.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in programming languages and tools relevant to business rules management.
- Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing business rules within an organization.
- Ability to work with business product owners to understand analytical needs and translate them into functional designs.
- Designing and developing database schemas, stored procedures, and ETL workflows using appropriate programming languages like Oracle PL/SQL and MS SQL T-SQL.
- Managing production deployments and collaborating with business teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Building and maintaining relationships across cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, data engineers, and business analysts.
- Leveraging Python for automating event processing and governance rule enforcement across hybrid systems.
- Collaborating with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software developers to design and implement data-driven solutions.
- Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations through the automation of decision-making processes.
Salary Range - $90,000-$120,000 a year
