Commercial Construction Superintendent

We’re looking for a driven, experienced Superintendent who takes ownership in the field, can confidently manage multiple projects, and thrives in an environment where leadership—not hand‑holding—is the expectation.
This is a role for a builder, a problem‑solver, and a leader.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee multiple commercial TI projects from start to finish
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors daily
- Maintain project schedules, sequencing, and workflow
- Ensure high-quality execution and a clean, professional jobsite
- Communicate consistently with the Project Manager
- Assist with look‑ahead schedules, subcontractor coordination, and field planning
- Identify issues early and resolve them proactively
- Represent ProBuild professionally with clients, inspectors, and partners
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of commercial construction experience
- Proven experience as a lead superintendent running projects independently
- Ability to manage multiple jobs while staying organized and on top of details
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and MEP coordination
- Skilled at managing subcontractors—firm when needed, respectful always
- Reliable, responsive, and committed to ownership and accountability
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growing company where processes evolve
- Experience collaborating with PMs on scheduling, buyout, and planning
- Strong plan-reading skills with the ability to catch issues early
- Experience assisting with subcontractor pricing or scope coordination

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
