Kabredlo’s Property is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in hands-on work, enjoys solving problems, and wants to be part of a company that truly values its employees. You’ll play a key role in maintaining safe, efficient, and high-quality residential properties while working alongside a supportive and experienced team.
Pay, Benefits & Schedule
This position offers $25/hour or more based on experience, along with a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as a 401(k) with company support. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position with an on-call rotation approximately once every 4–6 weeks.
What You’ll Do
- Perform general maintenance and repairs across residential properties
- Complete carpentry work including trim, cabinets, and minor framing
- Handle light plumbing repairs and installations
- Perform light electrical work such as outlets, fixtures, and basic troubleshooting
- Assist with remodels, renovations, and unit turns
- Paint, patch, and complete finishing work
- Diagnose maintenance issues and resolve them efficiently
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Communicate professionally with team members, vendors, and tenants
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in property or general maintenance preferred
- Working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- Ability to safely operate power tools and equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
