Field Supervisor – Job Overview (3‑Month Probation Period)
We are seeking an experienced Field Supervisor with a minimum of 5 years in residential construction and remodeling, including hands‑on knowledge of electrical, framing, drywall, carpentry, paint, and finishes. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is bilingual in English and Spanish, and is motivated to grow into a supervisory role supporting the General Contractor with daily field duties. Pay DOE.
This position requires working closely with designers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship, clear communication, and smooth project execution. Candidates must be reliable, professional, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
