Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and personable Golf Course Marshall/Security Officer to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing guest flow, enforcing course rules, and providing outstanding customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle various guest interactions with professionalism. Must be able to pass background check and obtain a security license.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide clear directions to ensure smooth flow of play
- Enforce golf course rules and etiquette to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment
- Monitor pace of play and assist groups to keep the game moving efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and report any hazards or concerns
- Security Officer responsibilities as needed.
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
