We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Job Coach to support a 47-year-old woman in Drexel Hill, PA, who takes great pride in her part-time customer service position at Wawa. The Job Coach will provide on-site support to help her successfully perform her current responsibilities, including food preparation, stocking, and cleaning, while also encouraging her to learn new skills. A key focus of this role is promoting independence.
Consistency is essential, as changes in support staff can be challenging for her. The ideal candidate is patient, dependable, and able to provide reassurance when she feels anxious. They should communicate using clear, simple instructions and, when helpful, write down information to ensure understanding and build confidence.
Hours and pay:
- 1 hour per week
- Tuesday, Fri and Saturday (one of these days per week)
- $ 26.00 / hr
Requirements:
- ACRE Certification is required
- Must be punctual, personable and professional
- Please note the family prefers candidates to provide references upon request
Pay: $25.00 per hour
