Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Valet Parking Attendant to join our hotel
team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely parking and retrieving guests’ vehicles
while providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming first impression.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival and departure
- Assist guests with luggage when needed
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle information and keys
- Monitor and manage traffic flow at the hotel entrance
- Provide directions and information about hotel services and local attractions
- Inspect vehicles for damage before parking and report any issues
- Ensure the parking area is clean, organized, and secure
- Follow all safety and security procedures
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (luggage assistance)
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous valet, hospitality, or customer service experience
- Knowledge of local area and attractions
