Growing trucking company located in Rolling Meadows, IL is looking for an experienced driver recruiter to join our team .
Must have experience with a trucking company recruiting and owner operators.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN HIRING OWNER OPERATORS
Duties include :
- Job Posting and Advertising: Creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms to attract potential drivers.
- Candidate Sourcing: Actively seeking out potential candidates through various channels such as online job boards, INDEED, social media, referrals, and networking events.
- Screening Applicants: Reviewing resumes, applications, and other materials submitted by candidates to determine their qualifications and suitability for the role.
- Conducting Interviews: Conducting initial phone or in-person interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and fit for the position.
- Assessing Driving Records: Reviewing driving records and background checks to ensure candidates meet the company's safety and eligibility requirements.
- Coordinating Training: Collaborating with training departments to ensure that hired drivers receive necessary training and certifications.
- Offer Negotiation: Extending job offers to qualified candidates and negotiating terms of employment, including compensation, benefits, and work schedules.
- Maintaining Applicant Tracking Systems: Keeping detailed records of candidate interactions, application statuses, and hiring metrics using applicant tracking systems or other software.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
