Service Advisor (with Technician Background)

What This Role Looks Like
This is not an order-taker role.
You’ll be the bridge between the shop and the customer, translating what’s happening in the bay into something real, clear, and valuable. You’ll work closely with technicians, not just relay messages, and your technical background will actually be used.
You’ll succeed here if you:
- Understand how vehicles actually work (not just what a screen tells you)
- Can confidently explain repairs in a way customers trust
- Know how to sell without feeling like you’re “selling”
- Enjoy being part of a team, not working in a silo
