About the Role
As a Stock Associate, you'll play an essential role in supporting daily store operations by receiving shipments, organizing inventory, stocking merchandise, and ensuring products are readily available for customers. Your attention to detail and efficiency will help create a seamless shopping experience.
What You'll DoInventory & Stock Management
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments and deliveries
- Organize stockrooms and storage areas to maintain inventory accuracy
- Stock shelves, displays, and sales floor merchandise efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate low-stock items to management
- Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and merchandise organization
- Ensure products are properly labeled, priced, and displayed
- Identify and report damaged, missing, or misplaced merchandise
Store Operations & Team Support
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockrooms and work areas
- Replenish merchandise throughout the day to support customer demand
- Assist with merchandising projects, promotional displays, and seasonal setups
- Move and arrange inventory throughout the store as needed
- Collaborate with team members to support store goals and daily operations
General Responsibilities
- Follow company safety procedures and inventory management guidelines
- Maintain high standards of organization and store presentation
- Safely operate stock-handling equipment when trained and authorized
- Adapt to changing priorities and operational needs throughout shifts
