Program Operations Support – Delivery Assurance

About the Role
We are seeking Program Operations Support professionals to support delivery assurance and program recovery activities for commercial aerospace programs. This role partners closely with Program Operations Leads, Program Managers, suppliers, and manufacturing sites to drive on-time delivery and schedule recovery across complex aerospace programs.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for candidates with experience in program management, supply chain, delivery assurance, or aftermarket program support within aerospace or manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery assurance activities across production sites and supplier direct shipments
- Drive schedule recovery actions with suppliers and internal operations teams
- Lead and support program recovery and execution initiatives
- Manage and coordinate Supplier Requested Information (SRI) burndown
- Provide line-of-balance analysis with clear recovery actions
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Program Management, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations
- Support initiatives related to:
- Reliability improvement
- In-service issue resolution
- Producibility improvements
- Cost reduction
- Provide daily program updates in customer systems including:
- Boeing Open Order Tracking System (BOOTS)
- Embraer Ariba
- Track, maintain, and report delivery and operational metrics
- Ensure work products meet quality and contractual standards
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Program Management, Project Management, Delivery Assurance, Supply Chain, or Aftermarket Program Management
- Aerospace or complex manufacturing environment experience strongly preferred
- Experience working with suppliers and internal production teams
- Strong organizational and execution skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Ability to work 100% onsite in Windsor Locks, CT
- U.S. Citizenship required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Boeing or Embraer commercial programs
- Background in program recovery or operations execution roles
- Experience with customer-facing delivery tracking systems
Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
