About the Role:
Must be at least 21 years old!
Possessing a current DOPL Armed Security License is preferred.
We are looking for reliable and professional Flex Security Officers to join our team. This position is ideal for people experienced in the field or part-time employees who want additional hours. As a Flex Officer, you will cover shifts at multiple sites or patrol, sometimes with short notice, ensuring that our clients receive continuous, high-quality security services.
Responsibilities
- Fill in for scheduled full-time officers when they are unavailable (call-offs, vacations, emergencies).
- Be available to work at multiple locations.
- Patrol assigned areas (on foot or by vehicle, depending on the site).
- Monitor and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, staff, and visitors.
- Follow company policies for incident reporting, lost/broken equipment, and shift responsibilities.
- Maintain clear communication with supervisors and dispatch during shifts.
Requirements
- Valid security license/guard card (preferred).
- Must have reliable transportation to get to the office. Once on duty, you will use a company issued car.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays if needed.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to adapt quickly to different sites.
