JOB DESCRIPTION
Experience Change is looking for a motivated mental health clinician to join our team! If you are a clinician wanting to provide in-person therapy, this is the position for you! The work we do is experiential and we have therapists practicing within various specialties. We are looking for someone that will fulfill our mission to provide inclusive, effective, and relationship-strong mental health services.
We are seeking a pre-licensed mental health therapist (LPCC or MFTC) interested in further growing their skills. Candidates for the position are open to working with a wide variety of clients (children, teens, adults, couples, and families).
Requirements:
Therapist will be at either our Westminster office (located at 8791 Wolff Ct, Ste 230, Westminster, CO 80031) or Denver office ( 1780 S. Bellaire St., Ste 600, Denver, CO 80222) at least 2.5 days per week (required in-person), and at-home virtual the other days. Our offices provide a professional and soothing environment for both clients and clinicians. This position also requires maintaining a caseload of 22+ billable sessions. This position will require at least one weekend day in person, with flexibility around the other four days. Work hours may be expanded as desired.

Case Management Duties:
- Schedule ongoing sessions for your clients
- Provide referrals as requested or needed
- Coordinate care for clients with other professionals, including attending meetings for the client (school, human services, etc.)
Clinical Duties
- Conduct intake sessions and ongoing assessment of clients
- If safety issues are present, resource clients and create safety plans
- Utilize theory to inform treatment planning, case conceptualization, and interventions
- Provide high quality individual, couples, and/or family therapy
- Develop self-awareness and therapeutic leadership regarding DEI (Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion)
- Practice in accordance with legal and ethical standards
- Attend and utilize clinical supervision
- Complete and maintain client treatment records
Team Duties
- Attend and engage in staff trainings, meetings, and social events
Physical Requirements:
This job requires you to be able to sit at a desk, perform clerical work, operate a computer and office equipment, verbally answer phone calls, and communicate verbally and in writing.
Job Type: Full-Time Commission-Based
- Pay is $41.85-$59.40/hr session (based upon experience/training)
- Caseload average 22+ clients per week
- Flexible hours, in-person & virtual

- Up to $1200 towards approved trainings each year

- You have LPCC or MFTC Permit in Colorado
- You have basic level training OR willingness to complete training in an Experiential Model of Treatment (EFT Externship, Intro to SPT Course, EMDR, etc)
- You have strong organizational, clerical, and writing skills
- You are able to write and maintain accurate clinical documentation and records for each client.
- You understand and feel comfortable using technology
- You have a professional and friendly demeanor
- You can be TEAM player!
