Role Description:
- Lead project discovery and solutioning — partner with clients to deeply understand their problems, map their workflows, and design efficient, scalable solutions
- Own the proejct lifecycle: define requirements, prioritize ruthlessly across multiple client engagements, and drive outcomes from ideation through delivery
- Translate complex business needs into clear specs and prototypes, leveraging Claude Code and AI tools to accelerate the build process
- Manage competing client priorities with strong stakeholder communication, keeping teams aligned and projects on track
- Champion AI adoption — help modernize businesses just beginning their AI journey by pairing sharp product thinking with hands-on building capability
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years in consulting, with a track record of delivering client-facing solutions
- Comfortable working in ambiguity, defining the problem as much as the solution
- Familiarity with AI tools (Claude Code or similar) to prototype and validate ideas quickly
- Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple workstreams and clients simultaneously
- Passion for using technology to transform how businesses operate
