Shifts available:
1st shift, 7:00am-3:00pm Monday-Friday
2nd shift, 3:30pm-12:00am, Monday-Friday
Rate: $20.00-$24.00 (based on experience)
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating production equipment, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Set up machines according to production specifications.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform routine machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Complete production and quality documentation as required.
- Communicate equipment issues to supervisors or maintenance personnel.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Machine operation: 2 years (Required)
- CNC: 1 year (Preferred)
- Electrical discharge machining: 1 year (Preferred)
