Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Person to join our team. This role involves maintaining and repairing facilities and equipment across manufacturing and residential settings. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills, with experience in facilities maintenance, welding, and electrical systems. The Maintenance Person will ensure operational efficiency, safety, and longevity of equipment and infrastructure through preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance within manufacturing or residential settings.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience; familiarity with schematics is essential.
- Skilled in welding techniques and residential painting projects.
