Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using the POS system.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
- Assist in upselling services and products to enhance guest experience.
- Process payments accurately through cash register operations.
- Stock front desk supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
Skills
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
- Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of retail math principles is a plus for managing inventory and sales reports.
- Experience with stock management to ensure availability of front desk supplies.
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing payments efficiently.
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members alike.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
