Shift: 2nd Shift | Full‑Time
Pay Range: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour , depending on qualifications and experience.
Centro Incorporated is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to support production and engineering teams by implementing and maintaining our Quality System. This role ensures products and processes meet quality standards and supports continuous improvement efforts.
- Perform product, process, and system audits
- Identify, document, and report nonconforming product
- Support production teams with technical quality assistance
- Inspect parts, perform testing, and determine disposition of held product
- Use SPC and quality software; create quality documentation and reports
- Assist with training team members on quality procedures
- Calibrate tools and maintain clean, safe work areas
- Follow all OSHA and Centro safety requirements
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Manufacturing or quality background with strong attention to detail
- Ability to analyze data, follow procedures, and communicate effectively
- Computer and quality software proficiency
Preferred:
- 2+ years manufacturing experience
- Quality‑related certifications (ASQ preferred)
- Knowledge of ISO or Quality Management Systems
- Manufacturing environment; temperatures 50–110°F
- Standing/walking for extended periods
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Use of inspection tools and measurement equipment
