Shared Imaging is currently accepting applications for experienced, talented, customer and patient focused Part-Time Ultrasound technologists in our Central CA prison settings. Our Technologists will perform a variety of sonographic procedures and departmental support functions.
Work Schedule:

Every other Tuesday and Thursday

8-hour shifts

8:00am to 2:30pm

Sites: Salinas Valley State Prison (US 101 in Soledad, CA) and Correctional Training Facility (US 101 in Soledad, CA), additional locations may be available, with travel requirements.
Job Responsibilities:

Perform high quality diagnostic ultrasound studies to vascular and echocardiography

Produce high quality imaging while providing the highest level of patient care

Provide a safe environment for all personnel

Provide complete and accurate documentation of patient and scan information to the hospital/facility

Meet the standards set forth by each hospital/facility and follow all policies and procedures set forth by such.

Demonstrate the ability to build collaborative relationships with peers, co-workers, hospital/medical staff and ancillary personnel

Maintain licensure and certification requirements
Ideal candidate must possess:

Current, verifiable ARDMS (or RDMS) certification
-
RVT (Preferred)
-
2-3 years experience in radiological ultrasound
-
Experience with vascular and small part exams preferred
- Must be willing to travel
We require that all Shared Imaging LLC employees have a completed background check and drug screen on file.
The hourly range for this role is $50.00/hr. to $60.00/hr., however, base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. This position is also eligible for a performance-based merit increase annually. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
