Job Description
Cole Krush Logistics is actively seeking experienced Over-the-Road (OTR) Box Truck Drivers to join our dynamic transportation team. This is a non-CDL position operating 26-foot box trucks nationwide. As a driver, you will represent our company across various states, ensuring the timely, secure, and professional delivery of freight. Our team follows clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain high safety standards, reduce operational errors, and promote driver efficiency. We’re looking for individuals who are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a 26’ box truck across interstate routes
- Follow company-issued SOPs including: Pre-trip and post-trip inspections using a digital checklist & required to send pictures
- Secure cargo with load bars, straps, and protective equipment (pictures of freight required every trip)
- Complete daily mileage logs via ELD (Electronic Logging Device)
- Load/unload freight using pallet jacks or lift gates when necessary
- Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delivery status, delays, or issues
- Follow all DOT safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle
- Represent Cole Krush Logistics with professionalism at all times
- Must be able to pass a drug screening
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience driving a 26’ box truck
- Must be 25 years of age or older
- Must be willing to sleep in 26’ box truck
- Valid U.S. driver’s license (No CDL required)
- Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) and background check
- Able to pass a DOT physical and drug screening
- Willing to be on the road for 3 weeks at a time, with 1 week off (optional if employee chooses)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle freight as needed
- Comfortable using ELD systems and following written procedures
- Strong communication and time-management skills

- Pay: $1,000 per week (weekly bonus incentives based on driver performance)
