About the Role
We are looking for experienced individuals to deliver food to guests in a pleasant and timely manner.
We are currently seeking candidates for permanent, part-time and full-time positions.
Requirements include:
➢ Flexibility; working varying shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays, as needed.
➢ Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
➢ Professional appearance.
➢ Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
➢ Ability to work under pressure while remaining calm and demonstrating patience.
➢ Advanced listening skills, demonstrating attentiveness and attention to detail.
➢ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities include:
➢ Retrieving complete dishes from Expeditor (EXPO) and immediately delivering to appropriate guests.
➢ Ensuring guests have all utensils and accompaniments necessary to enjoy their meal, communicating needs to appropriate server, as needed.
➢ Communicating discrepancies to EXPO immediately.
➢ Maintaining a presence in the kitchen, ensuring prompt delivery of fresh food.
